About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to spearhead its paid media and retail efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies across digital, retail media networks, e-commerce, and media partnerships. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in retail media and e-commerce campaign management, capable of integrating these efforts into broader brand and communication strategies. The VP will be tasked with defining the role of paid commerce media in the consumer and shopper journey, from education to activation, and will oversee multi-channel paid media programs, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with organizational goals.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, retail media ecosystems, e-commerce platforms, and performance measurement frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at balancing brand building with commerce performance, and possess strong analytical capabilities to connect media investment to sales and business outcomes. Experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or agency environments with a strong commerce orientation is preferred. The VP will also be expected to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making, and to provide leadership and development for their team.
