The Company is seeking a Head of TikTok Growth and Social Commerce to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive TikTok growth strategy. This pivotal role is at the intersection of creative strategy and performance-driven execution, with a focus on building a creator-led ecosystem that enhances brand awareness and drives sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of TikTok operations, from influencer partnerships and content production to live shopping and analytics. Key responsibilities include developing a full-funnel TikTok growth strategy, building and scaling a high-performing creator and influencer network, and overseeing TikTok Shop performance, including listings, campaigns, and live commerce events.

Applicants for the Head of TikTok Growth and Social Commerce position at the company should have a proven track record in social e-commerce sales, particularly within the TikTok Shop and live commerce environment. The role requires a candidate who is skilled in full-funnel TikTok strategy, comfortable managing large GMV volumes and performance targets, and is both an architect and operator, capable of scaling systems and being hands-on as needed. The ideal candidate will be data-obsessed, using insights to drive content that sells, and have experience in scaling creator programs for DTC or omnichannel brands. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and analytics, is essential, as is the ability to stay ahead of TikTok trends and integrate new strategies on a regular basis.
