About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning investment objectives with operational execution to ensure the portfolio delivers both financial performance and long-term value. This role involves leading quantitative and qualitative analyses to guide property-level and portfolio-wide strategy, overseeing all institutional reporting, and serving as a key liaison between internal leadership and external partners on asset-related initiatives. The VP of Asset Management will also be involved in the creation of comprehensive asset management reports, developing and delivering quantitative KPI reporting, and providing high-level qualitative insights on various asset management aspects.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in multifamily real estate asset management. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of working directly with institutional investors, completing institutional-level investor reporting, and leading investor updates. The VP will be expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to optimize underwriting assumptions, contribute to the strategic business plan for new investments, and provide expert recommendations on company-wide investment decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement asset management strategies and drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process is also a key aspect of the position.
