Key Responsibilities Commercial & Technical Sales Develop and execute sales strategies for NPTLabs’ integrated drilling fluid, solids control, and real-time diagnostic offerings. Position and communicate the value of

patent-backed workflows

, emphasizing exclusivity, cost avoidance, and operational control. Lead technical presentations, performance reviews, and ROI‑based proposals for drilling engineers, superintendents, and executive teams. Expand market share by introducing operators to NPTLabs’ preventative, measurement-driven field management model. Support contract negotiations, pricing structures, and long-term service agreements. Drilling Fluid Engineering Provide when required remote engineering support for drilling fluid systems, ensuring compliance with operator specifications and NPTLabs’ performance standards. Monitor when required rheology, LGS trends, and dilution strategies using

real‑time diagnostic data

. Troubleshoot fluid-related issues and implement corrective actions aligned with patented workflows. Collaborate with operator, rig crews, mud suppliers, and solids control personnel to maintain system integrity. Convert diagnostic data into actionable recommendations that reduce cost, improve drilling performance, and prevent fluid degradation. Support deployment of new diagnostic technologies and digital reporting systems. Qualifications Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in management of drilling fluids, solids control, and or oilfield technical sales. Demonstrated success in customer-facing engineering or technical sales roles. Strong understanding of drilling fluid rheology, LGS management, and solids control equipment. Ability to understand and use PSD, XRF, or other analytical diagnostic tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel to rig sites and operator offices.
