to lead its preconstruction and estimating efforts. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving bid strategy, building a high‑performing estimating team, and supporting the acquisition of complex, high‑value projects.

Lead & Inspire

Set the vision, priorities, and processes for the Estimation department in alignment with company objectives Provide strong leadership and mentorship to develop a high‑performing estimating team Bid Strategy & Preconstruction Develop and oversee competitive bid strategies for projects across multiple delivery methods Lead conceptual and detailed estimating efforts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and competitiveness Review and approve final estimates and proposals prior to submission Client & Industry Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design professionals, and industry partners Support business development efforts by providing technical insight and market intelligence Process Improvement & Innovation Implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency Monitor market conditions, material pricing, and labor trends to inform estimating decisions Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Business Development to ensure smooth transitions from estimate to execution Participate in executive‑level planning and strategic discussions

Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 8-10+ years of progressive construction estimating experience Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role Proven success delivering profitable projects through effective bid strategy Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, and market conditions Proficiency with industry‑standard estimating software Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
