Key Responsibilities · Manage an assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts and drive timely resolution. · Contact debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss outstanding balances, payment options, and negotiate repayment plans. · Accurately document all collection activities, including communications, payment agreements, and relevant account details, in compliance with client and regulatory guidelines. · Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, providing clear and accurate information, and addressing concerns professionally. · Use skip-tracing tools and techniques to locate debtors with updated or difficult-to-find contact information.
