Oversee the on-site construction of large-scale multifamily developments with a long-standing South Florida general contractor recognized for its hands-on leadership and consistent project pipeline. This role is suited for a seasoned Superintendent who can take full ownership of ground-up multifamily projects from start through delivery. Client Details Our client is a well-established South Florida general contractor with decades of experience delivering multifamily and healthcare projects throughout the region. Known for a collaborative leadership team and repeat clients, they provide long-term stability and a steady flow of complex, high-profile work. Description Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects in the $75M-$100M range

Manage subcontractors, site staff, and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP scopes throughout all phases of construction

Maintain and update project schedules, daily reports, and site logistics plans

Enforce safety programs and quality control standards on-site

Drive project milestones through closeout and turnover

Profile 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects

Proven track record delivering large-scale projects valued at $75M+

Strong background in ground-up construction

Ability to lead teams, manage multiple trades, and maintain site accountability

Experience with construction scheduling and reporting tools

Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Offer

Base salary ranging from $150K-$200K
