Description
As a Carpentry Foreman, you will be responsible for the following:
Lead and supervise carpentry crews on high-end residential projects
Perform and oversee framing, millwork, trim, and finish carpentry
Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
Coordinate daily work plans with the Project Manager and site team
Ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations
Train and mentor carpenters and apprentices
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
