Client Details A well-established General Contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use projects, committed to delivering high-quality construction and fostering team collaboration. Description Assist in overseeing construction of a $25M mixed-use facility (stick over podium) Support scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety Work closely with the Lead Superintendent and project team Ensure quality standards and timelines are met Communicate effectively with stakeholders Profile A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Multifamily and mixed-use project experience Podium/concrete experience highly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in project delivery. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Relevant educational background in construction management or a related field.
