We are hiring a Customer Service Representative. This role acts as the voice of the customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
This position has a focus on regularly scheduled complete account reviews, follow up/follow through to resolve customer related issues, identify process improvement, and enhance customer engagement through a collaborative effort.
What You'll Do
Conduct partnership meetings with defined customers reviewing spends and trends with multiple stakeholders from each organization
Point person for all aftermarket activity for the customer, both external and internal
Educates each customer on the full range of offerings and support products offered by Pengate
Collect feedback from the customer on company performance
Control internal/external costs through analyzing reports
Work with internal departments to achieve complete customer satisfaction
Additional duties as required or assigned.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent related experience Verbal and written communication skills road knowledge of the entire sales process, preferred business-to-business sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of organization.
Requires strong problem solving, organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to establish and develop relationships that identify and promote enterprise offerings on a continual basis and engage the subject matter expert where appropriate
Analytical ability in conjunction with market research to support sales efforts.
Must have exceptional customer service, presentation skills and ability to relate to a range of audiences.
