Robert Half is seeking a strategic and creative Paid Social Specialist to lead and scale paid social advertising efforts for our clients. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who thrive on blending storytelling with data-driven performance marketing and have a passion for testing new approaches to drive meaningful results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other emerging social channels.
- Own the campaign process from concept through launch, ongoing optimization, and comprehensive reporting.
- Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad copy and visuals.
- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per lead (CPL) efficiency.
- Develop and oversee A/B testing for audience segmentation, creative assets, ad formats, and messaging variations.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generating actionable insights and clear strategic recommendations.
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid social media.
- Support broader marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional projects.
- 2–5 years managing paid social campaigns
- Proficient with Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Ads a plus
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience scaling paid media budgets
- Creative mindset for ad messaging and visuals
- Comfortable collaborating across marketing, creative, and leadership teams
- B2B, lead generation, or event marketing experience preferred
Preferred Skills
- Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM/automation tools experience
- Familiar with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution
- Interest in team building or experiential marketing
