Job Description
- The Investment Analyst will support the sourcing, underwriting and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multifamily, office and industrial asset classes.
- This individual will analyze potential acquisitions, assist in due diligence and closing processes, and support ongoing asset management efforts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build financial models for potential acquisitions using Excel or Argus software. Develop comprehensive underwriting analyses across multiple property types including market research on rent comparables submarket trends competitive positioning preparation presentation materials review internal approval committee negotiation due diligence data room management transaction execution collaboration with cross-functional teams as needed.
