- Attend industry conferences to network, generate leads, and promote the company’s offerings.
- Initiate contact with new potential clients.
- Secure agreements with CDAs (Confidential Disclosure Agreements) to formalize collaborations and business deals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging industrial resources and applying business development strategies to foster growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key scientists and decision-makers from existing and potential clients.
- Secure new business opportunities through referrals from existing clients.
- Ensure positive feedback from prospective clients through effective engagement and relationship management.
Coordinating Presentations and Services
- Organize and deliver compelling presentations of services and results to both existing and potential clients.
- Achieve 80% positive feedback from clients following presentations.
- Ensure a 20% conversion rate for prospective clients through effective communication and tailored proposals.

Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
