Client Acquisition and Business Conversion

  • Attend industry conferences to network, generate leads, and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Initiate contact with new potential clients.
  • Secure agreements with CDAs (Confidential Disclosure Agreements) to formalize collaborations and business deals.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging industrial resources and applying business development strategies to foster growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key scientists and decision-makers from existing and potential clients.
  • Secure new business opportunities through referrals from existing clients.
  • Ensure positive feedback from prospective clients through effective engagement and relationship management.

Coordinating Presentations and Services

  • Organize and deliver compelling presentations of services and results to both existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve 80% positive feedback from clients following presentations.
  • Ensure a 20% conversion rate for prospective clients through effective communication and tailored proposals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
