Certified Mobile Notary Service is expanding our national signing agent network and seeking dedicated, detail-oriented notaries to conduct loan closings.
Responsibilities:
- Meet clients at scheduled times and locations.
- Complete full loan signing packages with precision.
- Return completed documents through FedEx/UPS or secure upload.
- Maintain logbooks, journals, and proper ID verification.
- Communicate with title companies, lenders, and signing services.
Qualifications:
- Active Notary Commission (or obtain one through our training).
- Smartphone or laptop for communication and scanbacks.
- Ability to travel within your local area.
Earnings:
- $75–$200 per loan closing
- Additional pay for same-day requests, travel fees, and scanbacks.
