Salary: $185K base + 100% OTE and equity options

The Role: Head of Sales

As Head of Sales at Purple Dot, you will play the crucial player-coach role in leading and growing our 4 person sales team. You will also manage our growth marketer and marketing budget to create leads for your team.

You will own new revenue growth by creating and converting demand into predictable and scalable sales.

✅ What You’ll Do

Build and execute our sales motion , with a focus on mid-market and expanding into enterprise

Train and manage team of AEs and SDRs , and hire to further build this team over time

Lead by example through building your own pipeline from prospecting to close

Partner closely with the founders and Head of Product to be the “Voice of the Prospect” when shaping the roadmap (We are firmly customer-led when prioritizing what to build. You will lead this conversation from the Sales perspective in our weekly prioritization, and must be comfortable working hands-on with Product to build what prospects want.)

Define leading indicator metrics as well as KPIs for your team, beyond top-line new sales

Interface directly to our board on the sales approach and progress at quarterly board meetings.

Attend industry conferences and events to connect with key prospects

Set direction for, and manage, a growth marketer to create a best-in-class account-based marketing motion to support Sales

Test and launch new channels for leads, in partnership with our growth marketer

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to continuously improve Purple Dot’s position in the market
