Responsibilities:

: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring optimal service, pricing, and timely deliveries. • Streamline Operations
: Proactively identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness, contributing to Pen Manufacturing's growth and success. • Support the Team
: Collaborate with various departments to ensure purchasing aligns with production schedules and operational needs. • Process Improvement

Requirements
:
• Proven Experience
: You bring a solid background in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Industry Experience
: Hands-on experience sourcing and ordering fasteners, hardware, or industrial/manufacturing components is highly desirable. • Tech-Savvy
: You're comfortable navigating various purchasing software, CRM, and communication tools. Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms is a must. • Self-Starter:
You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong Communicator
