Overview:
Our client will be hiring a Senior Technical Writer with proficiency using Archi for designing ArchiMate architecture models and diagrams.
This Contract will go through 12/31/26. 100% REMOTE expectation.
This role will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical systems, software, and processes by translating complex concepts into accessible language for technical audiences. They develop and maintain a wide range of materials-including specifications, diagrams, FAQs, and knowledge base articles-ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in technical writing in an IT or software development environment Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and systems Proficiency with documentation tools, including Archi for designing ArchiMate architecture models and technical diagrams Ability to read and understand, and update technical specifications Proficient in using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications to create, manage, and organize technical documentation within structured, version-controlled repositories.
