Job Summary The Director, Outpatient, is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of multiple outpatient rehabilitation clinics. This ensures consistent, high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient experience across all sites. The Director serves on the Restorative Care Leadership Team and plays a critical role in outpatient growth, access, and system integration.

Pay Range Minimum $133,827 Midpoint $177,320 Maximum $220,792

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Job Description

Experience • Required: Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in outpatient rehabilitation or ambulatory healthcare settings. Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-site operations and licensed outpatient clinics.

• Preferred: Pediatric outpatient rehabilitation leadership experience. Education • Required: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, rehabilitation, business, or related field.

• Preferred: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.

Training

• Required: None required. Specialized Skills • Required: Strong understanding of outpatient clinic operations, access management, and patient flow optimization. Knowledge of regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements for outpatient healthcare settings. Proven leadership in staff development, operational scaling, and performance improvement. Financial acumen related to clinic budgeting, productivity, and sustainability. Ability to lead across licensed entities while ensuring consistency in care standards and patient experience.
