We are hiring several

Customer Service Representatives

to support customers with contract-related inquiries, account updates, and service requests. This role is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured, high-volume support environment.

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Review customer contracts and account information for accuracy and compliance Clearly explain contract terms, billing details, and service information Process customer requests, updates, and required documentation Accurately document customer interactions and contract notes in internal systems Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and contract-related issues Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed Maintain service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Customer service or administrative experience preferred Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work a rotating schedule Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
