Your Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will: Engage with members who have requested information about their coverage options. Organize and lead virtual consultations to walk members through their benefits. Clearly explain programs in simple, easy-to-follow terms. Support families during enrollment and manage digital paperwork. Stay compliant by maintaining accurate records and following guidelines.
