Job Summary The Sales & Billing Administrator reports to the VP of Commercial and will be responsible for providing administrative support for the entire sales team and conducting billing processes. Manage communication and deliverables for inbound sales inquiries Support Sales Reps with daily responsibilities and accurately help manage the team's CRM platform Support Sales with statements, invoices, ticket copies, managing sales tax removal and short-pay investigations Generate leads and prospect research Track bids and manage data entry for projects and customer information Create and maintain strategic opportunity and account plans for key and prospect customers Research and maintain ongoing market analysis to support sales strategy Assist with processing credit applications and manage daily check logs, including creating and applying payments Job Requirements
