Retail Sales Associate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-forward Retail Sales Associate to join our women's clothing boutique at the Aventura Mall, Blended. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys styling clients, providing personalized service, and creating a welcoming, elevated shopping experience. You will be a brand ambassador, helping customers feel confident and inspired through thoughtful advice and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and genuine manner Assist customers with styling, fit, and product selection to meet their needs and preferences Build strong client relationships and provide a personalized shopping experience Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining excellent service standards Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting Replenish inventory, receive shipments, and assist with stock organization Stay knowledgeable about current collections, promotions, and brand values Support team members and contribute positively to the boutique culture Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail a plus) Passion for women's fashion, trends, and styling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate merchandise What We Offer
