Maximize profitability and drive the strategic growth of the Polycarbonate (PC) and PC/ABS, PC/ASA resin portfolio by developing and executing targeted sales initiatives, fostering key customer relationships and new business opportunities across core industries for North America region. The role is responsible for delivering aggressive revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and providing value-added solutions that align with customer needs as long as meet company's long-term objectives. Additionally, to coordinate and deal with multiple products includes Engineering / Polyolefin resins and Chemicals. Major areas of accountability include: Sales Growth & Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed sales targets / revenue for PC, PC/ABS, PC/ASA resins by actively managing the sales pipeline, converting new business opportunities with all different resins & chemicals with existing /new accounts expansion. Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, OEMs, converters, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business. Market Development: Identify and pursue new markets, applications, and customers especially for PC, PC/ABS and PC/ASA materials, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis. Technical & Commercial Collaboration: Provide simple technical service and resolve customer process issue. Contract & Price Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, pricing strategies and commercial agreements in alignment with profitability targets and corporate policy. Represent the company at Industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to strengthen brand presence and market intelligence. Qualifications include: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within specific Polycarbonate related, and in depth technical knowledge of PC, PC blends and relevant processing technology. Excellent English, verbal, comprehension and writing skills. Facilitation and large group presentation skills. Familiarity with the Polymer production process, technology and terminology. Existing customer relationships within the automotive, electrical electronics, or compounders. B.A. or B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer science, Chemistry or a related field.
