Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. What your role will look like Manage, respond to, and resolve customer questions, concerns, and inquiries accurately and appropriately. Provide customers with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means and assist customers to achieve total satisfaction. Interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and courteous manner and maintain confidentiality of all customer information. Use Eastern's application software system accurately and successfully. Answer customer concerns by phone, email, and chat. Be receptive to and successfully complete other duties as assigned. What you'll bring to this role Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2 years of telephone call center experience a plus. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office preferred.
