Member Service Representative
LaSalle Network is looking for a Member Service Representative to support a growing client in Oak Brook, IL. If you're someone who knows how to juggle calls, emails, and files we want to talk to you! Member Service Representative Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from clients with speed and professionalism Input updates into internal client systems accurately and efficiently Review and respond to voicemails and inbox messages Securely handle sensitive customer information Scan, file, and deliver documents within the organization Retrieve and mail documentation as needed Jump in to support general requests and team needs Member Service Representative Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in call center/customer service and administrative roles Quick and accurate data entry skills Excellent communicator, both written and spoken Comfortable managing sensitive data Logistics: Pay: Ranging from $20-$23/hr pending experience Location: Onsite in Oak Brook, IL Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Benefits: LaSalle Network provides the opportunity to enroll with medical, vision, and dental.
