Salary:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is
$27 - $29 per hour,
but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our sales operations, ensuring a seamless order-to-cash process and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the connective thread between departments, helping drive efficiency and satisfaction across the board.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and internal team communications. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency. Collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing, and sales to ensure smooth operations. Maintain and update customer account information accurately. Communicate pricing changes to customers and sales teams. Build strong relationships with regional sales representatives. Process orders, returns, and credit requests with precision and care. What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. A proactive, independent mindset with a "can-do" attitude. Commitment to excellence in customer interactions. Experience working under tight deadlines. Familiarity with ERP systems-SAP preferred; AS400, JD Edwards, or Great Plains also valued. Knowledge of export procedures is a plus. What You'll Get:
