An independent insurance agency is hiring a Personal Lines Inside Sales & Account Manager to manage personal lines business from first call through bind, with exposure to higher-value homes and package policies. This role blends sales and servicing and is well-suited for someone who enjoys consultative conversations and building strong personal lines accounts. Key Responsibilities
Handle personal lines leads from inquiry to bind Sell and service package policies (home, auto, umbrella) Work with internal support on quoting Comfortable supporting affluent clients (homes ranging from ~$400K to $6M+) Support ongoing servicing and retention Ideal Background
Must have active P&C license Personal lines experience in an independent agency Comfortable working with high-value homes Confident explaining coverage and recommendations Detail-oriented and client-focused NY experience preferred; open to local or remote candidates Why This Role
