Are you an energetic, driven sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a VIP customer experience? Prestige Cadillac is growing and looking for two Internet Sales Consultants for our team! Duties: Responding to online leads quickly and professionally. Engage customers via phone, email, and chat with confidence and urgency. Drive appointments and showroom traffic through consultative selling. Build strong customer relationships and follow leads through closing. Keep accurate, timely records in our CRM and sales systems. Understand market pricing and guide customers through purchase options. Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and management teams. Skills: Strong telephone selling skills, and excellent written communication. Fast, accurate typing and CRM proficiency. Ability to structure automotive deals on the go. A professional, enthusiastic attitude and team-first mindset. A good understanding of current vehicle market values and trends. Motivation to bring customers to Prestige Cadillac. Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required. (Finance experience is preferred)
