Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Culinary Services Director, our Assistant Culinary Services Director is responsible for training, scheduling, and guiding the dietary team toward delivering exceptional culinary service Oversees the food service program with dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols Conducts inventory and purchasing activities while ensuring that budget guidelines are achieved Plans and prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas Attends continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences Qualifications
