
Sales Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team at OneWater Marine. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the sales department by providing administrative support and assisting with the execution of sales-related tasks. You will work closely with the sales team to enhance productivity and ensure timely processing of orders, customer inquiries, and sales documentation. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Duties (Most Important to Least Important): Assist sales team in ways such as processing orders, preparing quotes, and managing customer inquiries. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries ensuring timely and professional assistance. Maintain customer files, sales records, and reports. Provide appropriate team members and management with files and reports as needed. Assist sales team members with sales and boat presentations as needed. Upkeep sales data in CRM and other relevant systems to ensure all records are accurate and current. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing or finance, to ensure alignment in sales initiatives and processes. Assist store general manager with execution of boat shows. Any other duties as assigned. Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and customer service is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within a marine, manufacturing, or technical industry. Knowledge of the marine industry and water management solutions is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software. Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred. Physical Demands
