Currently, we are looking to add additional enthusiastic, dedicated team members who can use their skills and talents to their full potential and provide a positive impact on our customer's car buying experience. Responsibilities Include: Interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchases, asking questions and listening carefully to their needs and wants. Describe all optional equipment and accessories available for customer purchase, and explain in detail the product features and benefits. Search inventory to help find the perfect match for your customer. Demonstrate vehicles including test drives Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet your customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations; close the deal. Help transition customers to our Service departments to support their ownership experience, selling the quality and convenience of service repairs and/or aftermarket parts and accessories available. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business. A minimum number of vehicle deliveries is required each month. What Are The Requirements? Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team player" attitude Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to conform to company policies and procedures Drive to set targeted personal monthly goals consistent with our standards of productivity The willingness to follow up, and follow up again, with customers High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record All applicants must be authorized to work in the US Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Vacation Direct Deposit Work Type
