Job Description Summary: The basic function of the Sales Assistant is to assist the Lead Sales Agents in driving new home sales for Cole West units by interacting with prospective home buyers and provide consistent documentation and follow up of prospects. Sales Assistants will also provide support for under contract home buyers throughout the escrow process until successful closing. Responsibilities: Greet and engage prospective buyers, creating a warm and professional first impression Maintain model home presentation standards (cleanliness, signage, brochure stock, digital displays, etc.) Assist with opening, staffing, and closing model homes. Help track customer traffic, maintain registration logs, and ensure data accuracy. Provide consistent, high-quality customer service aligned with company brand standards. Enter and update leads in CRM systems Prepare sales packets, contracts, addendums, and promotional materials as directed Help manage weekly reporting: traffic counts, follow-up status, spec home updates, and market feedback. Support coordination of the community events. Work with Marketing to ensure signage, flyers, spec sheets, and digital assets stay accurate Coordinate with Construction to stay updated on build timelines, lot availability, and model home needs. Qualifications: Strong customer service orientation; polished, professional communication skills. Utah Real Estate license preferred (not required) Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail. Ability to work weekends and standard model home hours. Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office applications
