Salary Range: $90-110K What You'll Be Responsible For: The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for leveraging world-class brand and luxury retailer expertise and relationships in the contemporary market. The ideal candidate will possess the proven knowledge to execute the sales strategy with a keen ability to drive sales and disrupt the status quo in our wholesale business. Serve as a 'disruptor' and drive efficiency/innovation by discovering fresh solutions and unleashing new ideas that will engender success and sustainability for the business Invigorate the wholesale team and drive sales by challenging the status quo, and pushing boundaries to achieve results and exceed expectations Act as pace-setter for the team, raising the bar for execution and results Understand luxury retailer's needs including pricing and positioning as related to market strategies and communicate the brands' strength and position in the market Translate weekly selling reports into user-friendly formats and make compelling recommendations to the buying teams Utilize confident communication and presentation skills including strong negotiation & persuasion skills Create and develop joint business plans with all elements of the business process including Logistics, Merchandising/Promotional strategies, Category Management Anticipate near and long term changes to the business and implement strategies/ plans for success Develop accurate forecasts on a timely basis and track and interpret past and present sales trends in order to forecast the future Stay abreast of industry fashion trends with expert knowledge of the women's better contemporary RTW markets Follow-up and coordinate all ongoing projects in order to meet stated deadlines Qualifications/Experience We're Looking For: At least six (6) years of proven sales success as a luxury retail account executive for a better women's contemporary apparel RTW brand with exceptional store relationships and the critical ability to intimately relate to the Vince customer Ability to challenge others and bring the best out in the team Flexibility to conduct domestic business travel as needed to support assigned accounts Proficiency using MS Office software applications required Excellent influencing and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish cross-functional multilevel relationships Superior retail math skills Ability to deal with rapidly changing organizational issues and anticipate/forecast customer demand Self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability Benefits at Vince: Robust healthcare options for medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, and health savings account with employer funding 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off plans for vacation, sick, and personal, volunteer time, as well as company holidays Hybrid and flexible work options available for roles that can be done remotely Clothing allowance & merchandise discounts $400 annual gym reimbursement Monthly data/phone stipend for eligible roles Mental health support tools and telehealth psychology and psychiatry Family and caregiving benefits including a competitive paid parental leave program as well as supplemental infertility coverage Life, accidental death & dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance Supplemental hospital indemnity, specified disease, and accident coverage Pre-tax commuter benefits including transit and parking Discounted pet, home & auto, and legal insurance V Opco, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant or employee because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, genetic information, age, or military or veteran status or any other status protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
