
Fiber Business Sales Specialist
As a Fiber Business Sales Specialist, you will combine your drive and understanding of technology to build a vibrant customer base. You will dive into the communities you serve, get to know the people and businesses and what makes them successful, and strive to delight and collaborate with influencers. You'll work with a knowledgeable team and a growing company to assist with prospecting, creating, and managing your business. You'll know you're successful when you're expanding your partnerships with customers and achieving or exceeding your goals. Responsibilities
Conducts business review of all identified opportunities Maintain a full understanding of all Fiber services offered by Viaero Fiber Networks and identify areas of opportunity within accounts, to achieve or exceed all individual monthly sales goals/targets Provide side-by-side product and service comparisons between Viaero Fiber Networks and its competitors Analyze competitor activity and market trends Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports Execute and negotiate contract pricing Coordinate all necessary resources to monitor timeline and build costs Perform post sale on-site follow-up to resolve customer concerns and quality of the service Work with Engineering and project team to develop satisfactory solutions Maintain existing accounts for recurring sales opportunities and upsell options Provide timely, comprehensive, and quality customer service, and problem resolution Exhibit strong organizational skills, accuracy, self-motivation, timeliness, and detail-orientation with the ability to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines Qualifications
Bachelor's, Associate's, or vocational degree strongly preferred, or the equivalent combination of education or experience Three years or more of demonstrated successful sales experience Highly proficient with MS Office, ticketing system and Sales CRM tools Strong written & verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Competitive mindset and a passion to grow the business Valid driver's license, clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3-5 years. Acceptable criminal background check and ability pass a pre-employment drug screening Candidates must be able to attend initial 1st week of training/orientation in Colorado (expenses paid) Candidates must have flexibility to meet with customers and potential customers outside of normal business hours Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance benefits (Medical, Vision and Dental), Short-term Disability, Life Insurance, free phone/service, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, daily travel per diem + paid lodging when traveling, vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay. Anticipated base pay range between $58,000 to $65,000 annually plus a revenue-based commission structure. A company car will be provided within 60 days of employment to be utilized in the course of the job duties.
