Enterprise Sales Representative

The Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for driving bookings for all Airship products in the Northern regions of Europe. The primary role is to maximize revenue and market share through effective go to market strategies. The Enterprise Sales Representative will also contribute to sales development, partnership, marketing strategies and needs for the assigned area, working closely with the Airship marketing resources to maximize revenue and drive market share growth. What You'll Do: Responsible for executing the bookings and revenue goals as established by Sr. Management Execute proven sales strategies in the marketplace and establish relationships with potential partners and local trade groups to drive Airship business Develop territory strategies to ensure achievement of targets Identify opportunities and strategies to achieve market share objectives in assigned region Provide a weekly bookings forecast What We're Looking For: 10+ years of sales experience in a similar field Strategic thinker, with proven ability to anticipate and plan for the long-term while achieving near term objectives Proven ability to create and form relationships at the Executive level Strong leadership and mentoring skills to assist clients and prospects to understand Airship's ability to address their business needs Track record of success in B2B selling Proven ability to successfully meet critical deadlines and revenue goals Excellent presentation and written business communication skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally and executive briefings Marketing technology and software industry experience is a must, mobile experience is a plus Knowledge of CRM and demonstrated success creatively using opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn! Work Location & Travel Requirements: Airship's 'Digital First' approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Compensation: Airship's compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives.
