On behalf of our client we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join their team for a project with a leading premium home appliances brand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions about products, warranties, repairs and services. By providing clear, friendly, and solution-focused support, you will ensure every customer enjoys an excellent service experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch. Provide support on product information, orders, warranties, repairs and services. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or escalate cases to technical teams when necessary. Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on open cases until resolution. Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Deliver service with empathy, patience and professionalism, reflecting the high standards of the brand.
