Block Renovation is rebuilding the $500B+ renovation industry. We've built a nationwide platform that connects customers with high-quality contractors and makes renovation more transparent and scalable. We're now expanding into small commercial and tenant improvement projects, partnering with franchise brands, restaurant groups, and other multi-location businesses to support new buildouts across the country. The Role

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help launch Block's outbound commercial sales motion. This role is focused on high-volume cold outreach to multi-location brands, with the goal of booking qualified meetings for our commercial sales team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who's hungry to learn, comfortable on the phone, and excited to build real outbound fundamentals in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to franchise brands, restaurant groups, and multi-location businesses Run cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn Learn and deliver a clear, repeatable pitch for Block's commercial offering Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the commercial sales team Maintain accurate activity, notes, and follow-ups in CRM Track daily activity and performance metrics Work closely with Sales and Leadership to continuously improve scripts, targeting, and messaging What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days

Complete onboarding and become fluent in Block's commercial value proposition Ramp quickly into consistent, high-volume outbound activity Build confidence handling objections and qualifying prospects on the phone Develop strong pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline Set 75100 qualified appointments within your first 90 days Establish yourself as a reliable, coachable, high-effort contributor to the team Success Metrics

Daily outbound activity (calls, emails, touches) Meetings booked and held Consistency, effort, and improvement over time Contribution to commercial pipeline What We're Looking For

13 years of sales or outbound experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center, or similar) Comfort making a high volume of cold calls every day Coachable mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Clear, confident communication skills Motivated by goals, metrics, and growth opportunities Experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is a plus Bonus: exposure to franchises, restaurants, construction, or services-based businesses Compensation & Benefits
