We're Leaky's. We do plumbing and HVAC. We need a salesperson who isn't afraid to work, hear "no" a lot, and still keep dialing. This is not customer service. This is sales. What the job really is: Cold calling 1.52 hours every day Following up until you get a yes or a hard no Walking into businesses cold and introducing yourself Meeting with homeowners and businesses in person Quoting jobs and getting signatures Turning one-time repairs into long-term accounts You'll be talking to: Homeowners Property managers Churches Restaurants Doctors' offices Apartments Pretty much anyone who needs help with plumbing, A/C, heating, or water treatment. Who we're actually looking for: You can hear "no" 1012 times and keep going You don't need hand-holding or someone to babysit your schedule You're comfortable walking into a business with no appointment You show up on time, follow up, and don't vanish on people You want to make real money and aren't scared to work for it Money: Average reps: around $70K Top reps: $180K+ No cap on earnings We're not looking for someone who wants to "try" sales for a few months.
