Develop service and sales skills, offering a world-class experience and retaining customers: Help customers continue their purchase journey, whether online, with customer service or in-store. Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in the store. Sell side-by-side with the customer to find personalized solutions beyond just a plan or device, including unique accessories and innovative IoT equipment. Address service and sales needs with calm, integrity, and compassion. Consistently use digital tools in interactions and integration processes to demonstrate: The coverage of our ultra-fast LTE network in the customer's neighborhood. How T-Mobile's plans and services allow them to live without limits, feel valued, stay connected, and go further. Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, processes, and reference resources. Maximize on-shift time by seeking information, learning about innovations in wireless technology. Collaborate with T-Mobile employees in other channels (corporate sales and customer service) to: Share responsibility for the customer experience and resolve issues without complications.
