Compensation starting at $21/hr Schedule: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri Location: 7651 Esters Blvd Suite 200, Irving, TX (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office/2days remote) Key Responsibilities: As a CSR I, you will: Manage daily customer communications, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and friendly. Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries, confirming understanding of their needs. Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services, highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations.
