Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating all clients', Assigned Account Managers' and Project Coordinators' requests for quotations and order processing based on specifications provided. Processing proposals and orders along with other Customer Service functions for all Vomela Specialty Company's various business units as required. What You'll Do

Prepare proper documentation to produce projects to meet client's specifications: including product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, quantities, and other items as outlined by other departments. Receive and document customer orders for designated product areas. Generate and monitor daily, weekly and monthly order reports. Distribute all reports to clients as required. Process request for quotes and proposals on behalf of sales personnel and assigned clients. Ensure all requests are processed in a timely manner based on client's requirements. Coordinate and follow up with installations as required. Monitor client orders, change orders and communicate any potential issues to clients, sales personnel and related production departments. Process customer complaints as they relate to the business unit. Insure all issues are resolved and processed in a timely manner and appropriate costs are passed on when applicable. Analyze and make recommendations for improving plant processes where appropriate. Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring

Associate's degree in Business, Communication, Sales, or equivalent experience 1-3 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative, or similar role Properly communicate client requirements to all related departments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem solving ability Ability juggle numerous tasks and withstand pressure Ability to fluently communicate, both in writing and verbally in English Basic computer skills Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers Physical Demands
