Own the entire used vehicle operation, from acquisition to retail delivery Source inventory through auctions, trades, direct buys, and digital acquisition tools Manage inventory turn, pricing strategy, and market competitiveness Partner with the Sales, F&I, and Recon teams to maximize gross and volume Oversee appraisal process and establish disciplined buying strategies Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and internal policies Analyze performance using KPIs, market data, and inventory metrics Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and support staff Drive a culture of professionalism, urgency, and customer satisfaction Qualifications
Automotive Used Vehicle Sales Manager - Qualifications New or Used Car Sales Management experience required. Automotive Finance experience preferred. Automotive appraisal and purchasing experience is preferred. Auction experience is a plus but not required. Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook. Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry. Professional appearance and work ethic. Valid Driver's License. Automotive Used Car Wholesale Manager - Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
