
PEMB Sales Representative (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings)
Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission (based on territory and experience) Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated PEMB Sales Representative to drive sales of pre-engineered metal building solutions within an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and supporting customers through the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships and experience within the building materials or metal buildings industry. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a territory for PEMB sales Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and end users Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and sales solutions Coordinate with internal engineering and estimating teams Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the building materials industry
Strongly preferred: prior PEMB or metal buildings sales experience
Proven sales or business development background
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a territory and work independently
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
