Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Clerk
Classic Hampton Auto Mall is seeking an accounts payable and accounts receivable clerk. Applicant should have good organizational skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous dealership experience a plus but accounts payable experience a must! We offer: Health, dental, medical after 90 days 401K Paid time off Responsibilities include: Posting invoices into CDK Issuing checks Preparing statements and mailing out Doing daily deposit from sales, parts, and service Receiving in checks and ensuring they are posted to the right accounts and invoices Performing basic and routine accounting functions Maintaining assigned accounting schedules and reconciling assigned general ledger accounts Handling miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned Requirements include: Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software Excellent customer service and communication skills
