Sales experience highly preferred Have computer experience and good organization skills Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance license High school diploma required, college degree preferred Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and credit check Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually.
