Meet virtually (or in person) with members to review their benefit requests Clearly explain programs, coverage options, and available solutions Recommend plans tailored to each family's needs Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service Take part in ongoing training and mentorship to sharpen skills and move into leadership What You Bring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfort using basic computer tools and online platforms Self-motivation, organization, and accountability Ability to manage your schedule and hit consistent goals Eligibility to pass a standard background check What We Offer
