The Franchise Executive is a quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving net-new growth across the franchise ecosystem. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to both franchisors and franchisees, bringing a deep understanding of the franchise model while owning the full sales cycle

from prospecting to close. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals, working with both Zors and Zees, and tailoring messaging based on industry vertical and business maturity. This position plays a critical role in service to one of Intuit's Big BetsDisrupting the Small Business Mid-Market. These positions will be individual contributor roles based out of a specific location or site. AM roles will be geographically located out of one location and will be in office for 3 days per week. Account territories can and will include areas across the US and will be supported virtually. Responsibilities

Own pipeline generation, discovery, demo, and close within a targeted franchise territory Prospect and develop multi-unit franchisee (MUO) relationships while also mapping franchise systems (Zors) Collaborate with internal BDR, SE, and Partner Success teams to execute full-funnel strategy Deliver tailored value propositions across the IES suite (FMS + Payments + Payroll) Become a subject-matter expert in key verticals (e.g., Food, Fitness, Home Services) Maintain clear, accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce and participate in forecast reviews Act as a feedback loop to product, marketing, and GTM teams to improve messaging and tools Represent Intuit at franchise-related events and conferences, where appropriate Qualifications

35+ years in a quota-carrying sales role (Account Executive, Senior AE, or similar) Track record of exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Experience selling SaaS platform solutions across various industries and geographies with negotiated rates/terms Working with SaaS customers who own multiple locations (5+ sites) and have an annual revenue size of $5M+ Demonstrated capability in managing a large pipeline of prospects through Salesforce, while supporting multiple Partners through the sales process Experience working with or selling into franchise systems (either as a vendor, consultant, or former franchisor/franchisee employee) Familiarity with multi-location sales cycles and multiple stakeholder management Strong business acumen and ability to tailor messaging across industries Proven experience in utilizing key sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, or Sandler Work well within a team of various stakeholders (Sales Engineer, Solution Specialist, Customer Success, Sales Operations) High energy, proactive ownership mindset, and passion for helping SMBs scale High EQ/IQ - Business and Sales Acumen (Innovate and Iterate). Exceptional financial acumen and prior sales experience with Accounting, ERP, or other Financial Management Software, including experience with data integration Accounting workflow knowledge and understanding of P&L and balance sheets Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
