Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia, a leading Toyota dealership in the metro area, is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager. We are in search of a leader who maintains a teamwork mentality, develops their sales team toward continued success, and is a results driven professional. If you have the ability to work within high standards, the ambition to achieve goals and grow within our organization, we want to meet with you! The ideal candidate must have prior experience and proven track record in managing a pre-owned sales department. Must possess leadership skills and a passion for managing sales staff and processes and understanding of the sales and finance department as well as have a track record of great CSI. Assumes responsibility for appraising, purchasing, reconditioning, displaying, and merchandising the used vehicle inventory; Must have dealership experience. Desired Attributes: Used Vehicle Inventory Management Attention to detail Specific knowledge of vAuto or similar market pricing tool Ability to implement and manage processes Strong communication skills and work ethic Commitment to continuous improvement Partner with the service department and third party vendors to ensure completion of internal service repairs on used car vehicles before entering lot inventory Experience maintaining high CSI Professional appearance and demeanor Reynolds & Reynolds proficiency a plus Requirements: Dealership management experience Experience with internet and retail tools Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing Will motivate and coach a high-performance sales team to promote the continued growth of our used car sales department. Computer savvy-comfortable with technology Enthusiasm for the Automotive Dealership industry with a focus on customer service Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
