Compile and reconcile data involving ATM and Mastercard programs, perform maintenance and be the liaison for internal and external users. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Balance ATM network, ATMs and Mastercard debit and prepaid programs on a daily basis. Act as a liaison for internal and external users, researching and resolving problems with ATM cards, debit cards, as well as electronic payments including bill pay and electronic cash management pay. Create and maintain Mastercard debit card files and monitors transactions for fraudulent use. Process and maintain files of Mastercard debit card charge backs and disputes, ensuring diplomatic and timely correspondence with affected members and Mastercard, filing bond claims when appropriate. Coordinate ATM/Mastercard network and terminal adjustments, maintaining appropriate and effective liaison. Maintain ATM records according to Credit Union policy. Comply with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the credit union industry, following generally accepted accounting principles. Perform other functions as requested.
