Job Responsibilities:
The Customs and Border Protection Officer is responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws at U.S. borders while facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.
- Conduct inspections of people, goods, and conveyances to prevent the illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods
- Determine admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions performed during duty hours
- Evaluate information related to importation; detection violations or discrepancies within company regulations or procedures;
